Max Bair is a dedicated Commercial Insurance Producer with a strong foundation in both personal and commercial lines of insurance. A graduate of West Chester University, Max brings a client-first mindset and a comprehensive understanding of risk management to every policy he handles.

With experience managing the full lifecycle of commercial accounts, Max works closely with business owners to deliver tailored coverage solutions that align with their unique operations and long-term goals. His background in personal insurance policies also provides valuable perspective when advising clients on well-rounded protection for both their businesses and families.

Outside the office, Max is passionate about giving back to his community through coaching lacrosse. For years, he has mentored student-athletes at local high schools, bringing the same leadership and teamwork skills to the field that he brings to his work in insurance.
